Returns & Exchanges

ASTR the Label accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days of the original purchase date. We strive to make your shopping experience seamless by offering easy online processing for all domestic orders.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Please allow 7-10 business days for our warehouse to process your return; once inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method minus a small return shipping fee.
